An overhead crane is generally equipped with a hoist rope, wire ropes or chains, and sheaves, which can be used both to lift and lower materials and to move them horizontally. It is mainly used for lifting heavy items and transporting them to other places in workshop or storage facilities.

Overhead crane training provides instruction on safe operating practices, proper load handling, pre-use inspection and accident avoidance. We place emphasis on informing the operator on the interaction of overhead crane components which makes an operator better able to provide solution for daily challenges along with early detection of unsafe conditions.
